I selected in store pickup, when will my order be ready?
Some in store pickup orders ship from our warehouse to the store, and some are already available in store. Rest assured we will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
It says email for price, how does that work?
Firstly you must be logged in, and then you would click the red “Email for Price.” This will prompt us to send you an email with a lower price. This email will include a link, in which will add the item to your cart at the lower price. You also must be logged in when you are using the link to ensure you receive the lower price.
My order won’t go through, what should I do?
It depends on the reason that it is being flagged. Most often what we see is a mismatch in the billing address. Our website offers very strict fraud protection, and billing addresses must match the bank’s information perfectly. If you are still having trouble, send us a message through our contact us page, and we can help you there!
I would like to cancel or return an order, how should I proceed?
You can find a comprehensive list of our policies regarding order cancellations and returns here:
Store Policies.
You can also reach out via the contact form on the “Contact Us” page, and we can help facilitate the process.
Do you charge sales tax or CC fees?
If you are not purchasing in Michigan, you are exempt from sales tax. We do not charge any extra credit card fees.
I just purchased a firearm online, is there anything you need from me?
It is important to contact your FFL prior to ordering, and confirm they will accept the transfer of the items you are purchasing; even if the FFL Dealer is listed as a preferred dealer on our site. There may be additional paperwork they need from you prior to placing the order. Once your order is placed, we will contact your dealer to obtain a copy of the required documents needed to ship your order. If you already have the FFL, or you are the FFL, you are welcome to email it over to justin@notjustguns.com with the order number included.
Shipping
I live in a magazine capacity restricted state, can you ship the firearm here anyway?
Unfortunately we are not able to circumvent your state’s magazine restrictions. We are not able to pin magazines, and we cannot rely on other dealers to do so. Due to many orders drop shipping from our distributors, we are unable to remove the magazines entirely as well.
When will my order ship?
Orders process and ship as quickly as possible. Most orders ship in 3-7 days, but many ship much faster. Delays are often caused while waiting for your dealer to send us their license(s). Suppressors take slightly longer due to needing ATF approval to ship.
How much is shipping?
Shipping price is automatically determined by the item, and destination. You can add the item(s) to your cart, and then it will display the shipping cost for the item(s) you are ordering.
My order hasn’t moved in a few days, what should I do?
Sometimes carriers miss a scan on arrival/departure. Oftentimes it resolves itself in just a few days. If it has been longer than 10 days with no movement, please reach out on the contact us page, and we can go from there to handle the situation.
Store
What are your store hours?
We are open from 10am-7pm on weekdays, 9am-4pm Saturdays, and we are closed on Sundays.
How much is your FFL transfer fee?
Our firearm transfer fee is $45, and our NFA item transfer fee is $100.
Do you have ____ item in store?
Items carried in store as well will say “Available online and in store” on the item page. If you would like to confirm in store inventory, please call
517-244-9001, and we can confirm for you.
Is the price in store the same as online?
Oftentimes our online prices are slightly cheaper than in store, as well as offering a much larger selection. We often are able to match the price of our website in store. Sometimes this is not the case, as website prices can fluctuate based on current distributor pricing/sales. Feel free to submit a contact form and we can confirm pricing or availability for you.
What is the process for purchasing a suppressor? What are the wait times?
