Winner Requirements:
Winner must meet all federal, state, and local legal requirements for firearm ownership, including passing a background check conducted by a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. If winner is unable to meet these requirements, the winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. This process will continue until a qualified winner is selected. Winner is responsible for any applicable sales taxes and transfer fees required by the receiving Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Shipping to receiving FFL will be paid by giveaway sponsor Not Just Guns. By registering, each registrant agrees to receive future marketing from Not Just Guns, Canik, CCI Ammunition, Viktos and Vortex Optics. At the time of giveaway, winner must be a registered receiver of email marketing from Not Just Guns, Smith & Wesson, GSL Technology and Vortex Optics. If the selected winner has chosen to opt out of marketing from sponsor companies at the time of the giveaway, the winner will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be chosen. This process will continue until a qualified winner is selected. Employees and family of employees from any sponsor companies are ineligible. Winner is responsible for all applicable sales tax, income tax or other associated taxes with redemption of the prize. There is no exchange for alternative items, cash, gift cards, etc. State and local restrictions apply to eligibility of winner. If the winner is with a restricted area where the prize is not legal, the winner will be deemed ineligible for the prize and an alternative winner will be chosen. There will be no alternative prize offered to someone who is deemed ineligible based on the geographic restrictions. .
